Pen won't draw on Paint Tool SAI! :(

I went into all the other options that I could, and nothing is working. I googled steps to do, but that didn't work either. 
The pen is connected to my tablet, as my tablet lights up when I touch it with the pen, but the pen isn't connecting with SAI.
What to do here? Can someone help?

Hello everyone!
This is not my first time on deviantart! I just had the need to make a new account,
because 1, my pictures are improving more then before. 2, My username was spelled wrong ( such a silly high school girl at the time ) LOL ( don't worry I'm only 20 :P ) And I just wanted to make a new one :P
